A trusted source of legal services for nearly 150 years...
Our office is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley and is about two hours from Richmond, Roanoke, and Washington, D.C. We proudly represent clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We are a traditional law firm, located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, with an added dimension of sensitivity to our clients and their needs that extends beyond the usual legal considerations. We are small enough to establish a personal rapport with each client but large enough to have the talent and resources to respond whenever a need for legal services arises. Since 1877, Litten & Sipe has been dedicated to providing the highest quality of legal work at a reasonable cost, building longstanding relationships with our clients, and providing leadership in our community.
We pride ourselves on being a full-service, Virginia law firm for our clients and earning repeat business by providing exceptional legal services. Many of our clients initially contact us to prepare a will, create a business, or assist with litigation; then return to us when other legal needs arise.
In the unlikely event we are unable to assist you, our firm has longstanding relationships with other top-tier lawyers and law firms throughout Virginia to whom we can offer a professional referral.
