Melisa G. Michelsen
Melisa practices in the areas of local government law and commercial litigation, specializing in employment and construction matters. Melisa is the City Attorney for the City of Waynesboro and the City of Winchester. Melisa also represents the Harrisonburg Electric Commission and the Harrisonburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
