J. Jay Litten
Mr. Litten is the Town Manager for the Town of Bridgewater, Virginia. Prior to accepting that position, Mr. Litten primarily practiced local government law and civil litigation at Litten & Sipe. Mr. Litten remains a valued and important member of our team and regularly advises the firm based upon nearly 30 years of distinguished practice experience.
